Voice out is a mobile application created by Human Development Initiatives (HDI) with the support of MacArthur Foundation for reporting a variety of issues.
These include unsatisfactory, abandoned or uncompleted Universal Basic Education (UBE) Projects, Corruption cases, Human Trafficking issues, different forms of human (including children) rights abuses.
The application also provides information on our Contact hotlines to report any of the aforementioned cases.
